MATCH GRADE - 2.5 LB RELEASE (-0.0/+.5)

CERAKOTE® PROFESSIONALLY FINISHED

The Pike Arms® MATCH GRADE BILLET TRIGGER ASSEMBLY is precision CNC machined from billet T6 aircraft aluminum and is professionally Cerakote® finished in a variety of popular colors.  The Pike Arms® Match Grade Billet Trigger Assembly is perfect for custom rifle builds or as a premium upgrade alternative for the current production Ruger® plastic trigger housings.

The Pike Arms® 2.5# Match Grade Billet Trigger Assembly ships completely assembled with Ruger® factory BX fire control components installed.  A Pike Arms® matte black billet trigger is installed to replace the Ruger® factory standard BX plastic trigger.  Alternate color Pike Arms® billet triggers can be purchased separately and are easily installed for custom rifle color combinations.

A variety of mag release options are available based on your preference so the trigger assembly is shipped with the Ruger® BX standard plastic mag release, which although functional, is intended to be easily upgraded with your choice of a Pike Arms® Billet Paddle Mag Release or a Pike Arms® Trigger Profile Extended Mag Release (not included) that are available in a variety of popular colors by purchasing the desired mag release in the color of your choice.

PIKE ARMS® BILLET TRIGGER ASSEMBLY 2.5 LB MATCH GRADE FOR RUGER® 10/22®

Thank you for your purchase of a Pike Arms® Match Grade Billet Trigger Assembly for Ruger® 10/22® rifles and compatible receivers.  Our trigger housings are made in the USA using modern CNC equipment to exact tolerances to provide a part that will provide many years of functionality and pleasure and can be used as a direct replacement for Ruger® factory trigger housings or can be used for custom rifle assemblies.

! SAFETY !   PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR FIREARM IS NOT LOADED BEFORE CONTINUING.

One difference and advantage the Pike Arms® Billet Trigger Assembly provides is the inclusion of a trigger return spring and plunger (included standard) which allows you to adjust your trigger travel distance.  Adjustment of the trigger travel is as follows:

Note: the safety will need to be disengaged at this time to set the over travel properly.

Pull the trigger rearwards as far as it will go (as if pulling the trigger to shoot).  The over travel can now be precision adjusted by adjusting the setscrew depth as desired using the following guidelines:

 - Tightening the set screw (screwing it in) too much will not allow the hammer to be released.

 - Conversely, if you do not have the setscrew screwed in far enough, you will have excessive trigger travel and the the trigger will contact the trigger guard, resulting in finish damage to the surfaces of both the trigger and the trigger guard.

The position depth of the trigger over travel setscrew DOES NOT affect the trigger pull weight in any way.

NOTE: The Pike Arms® Billet Trigger Assembly is only compatible with BX style triggers.  When changing triggers for a different color or style, ensure that you select a Pike Arms trigger that is listed as a BX compatible style.

Reliable function and operation requires that all parts successfully work together as intended.   Most assemblies can be completed without any issues (especially when using either all Ruger® parts or all Pike Arms parts).  While we are happy to provide warranty service on all Pike Arms® products, we do not offer assembly or trouble shooting gunsmithing services and you should seek competent professional local gunsmithing assistance should you encounter a situation that exceeds your comfort or experience level.
