New in the box, unfired, SWD manufactured on TX frames, completely welded M10/9mm select fire machine guns.  Do not confuse these SWD quality built guns with the poorly constructed later manufactured "TX MAC's".    Although the guns are registered in both 9mm and .45, it is not possible to shoot .45 ACP in a 9mm gun due to the size of the magwell.  Conversion to .45 is not possible with a "drop in" kit and would require extensive welding and machine work.

This is the larger frame M10 firearm (as compared to the smaller and lighter M11/9), identical to the M10/45 but the guns are from the SWD production line in original 9mm caliber configuration.  The larger bolt being pushed by the lighter 9mm bullet means that they will run at a slower approx 850 rounds per min as compared to the M10/45 which will run at about 1200 rounds per min.

Each gun ships in the original manufacturer's cardboard box with styrofoam insert along with one original zytel mag, the mag loader and the front strap.   No instruction manuals were included from the original manufacturer and are therefore shipped without manuals of any kind.  Purchasers that are unfamiliar with open bolt fully automatic firearms should obtain competent guidance before firing. 

Although the guns are unfired, they have been sitting in the box since 1986 and will show signs of faded finish, possibly a spec of rust or scratches from being handled over the last 25 years for inventory inspections etc.   In addition, the rubber recoil buffers are undoubtedly dry rotted and not serviceable and should be replaced before firing.  We offer, and recommend, that the gun be re-parkerized and have a new buffer installed and offer this service at the discounted rate of $100 with the purchase of the firearm. 

Each gun is transferable to qualified individuals in strict compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.  In order to purchase this machine gun, other than having the immediate funds available for payment, you will need to make arrangements with a Class 3 dealer in your state who will receive the gun and provide the transfer paperwork to get the gun transfered to you.  The in-state dealer's fee is not included in the sale price and is to be negotiated and agreed upon between you and your local dealer.  The gun will transfer to your dealer using ATF Form 3 which does NOT require a $200 transfer tax.
