Plastic AM180/AM15 drums work fine for holding lots of ammo and letting you see how many rounds are in the drum but under spring pressure, the base plate has a tendency to flex which will cause your AM15 to jam a bullet into the feed block.

Stainless steel base plates come complete with stainless mounting ring, springs and required hardware to retrofit your plastic drum. They work identically on all size drum capacities including 165, 220 and 275. No corners or shortcuts were taken on these baseplate assemblies.
