Problems With An Order?
AN ITEM IS MISSING
Every order is shipped with an invoice / packing slip with each item "checked off" as it's packed by our shipping staff. If your order contents does not match your invoice / packing slip, please notify us immediately and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
Upon your discovery of damage, immediately notify the carrier and also notify our Customer Service staff. All orders are shipped well packaged and fully insured for replacement cost unless insurance is specifically declined by the customer during their checkout process. Should your order arrive damaged, you must save the box and all packaging material for inspection by the carrier. If you do not save the box and packaging material, the carrier will not pay the insurance claim and you will have no additional recourse.
AN ITEM IS FACTORY DEFECTIVE
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Tactical Innovations is NOT a factory warranty station for any of the products we sell that we do not manufacture. In the event you require service on a product purchased from Tactical Innovations, you should contact the manufacturer for warranty service instructions. DO NOT ship your item back to Tactical Innovations as this will increase your repair / replacement time.
MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE
All orders are shipped fully insured for replacement cost unless insurance is specifically declined by the customer during their checkout process. Orders shipped through UPS can be tracked on our Order Tracking page. US Mail does not provide point to point tracking information but does provide delivery confirmation. Should an order not arrive when anticipated and sufficient time has elapsed to presume that the package is lost, immediately notify the carrier and also notify Tactical Innovations.
I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM
An RMA number is required for all Returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date for items that are in "as shipped" resaleable condition with all packaging material and accessories. Please refer to Our Return Policy for specific instructions and to obtain and RMA number.
