SHIPPING COSTS
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. WE DO NOT CHARGE A HANDLING OR PER ORDER FEE. We encourage you to check ups.com directly and verify that our shipping is actually what UPS charges, and often less then their published rates based on our discounts that we pass on to you. Unfortunately, the shippers charge us to ship, thus we can not ship items for free. If you have alternate shipping arrangements with UPS or USPS, please contact us and we will be glad to ship based on your instructions. For small, light items, US Priority mail is the fastest and least expensive way to ship compared to UPS.
The shipping cost for most items is based on the size, weight, shipping method, delivery address and often shipment distance. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the weight of your order and distance based on your zip code and each time checks with UPS or USPS websites for accurate shipping costs. We agree that UPS prices have gone crazy recently with area surcharges, fuel surcharges, residential delivery surcharges etc. and are happy to ship US Priority Mail as a less expensive, and usually faster, alternative.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our facility. We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Most in stock orders are shipped the same day (until the carrier makes their daily pick up) and if not ships the following day on business days.
Shipping time is from when the item leaves our facility to when it arrives at your door. Shipping time will be determined based on the shipping method you select when you "checkout" using our on line secure shopping cart. We offer UPS ground and express services as well as priority and first class USPS mail options. UPS ground to the east coast takes 5 BUSINESS Days. Priority mail to the east coast takes 2 to 3 days. |
