AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
Upon your discovery of damage, immediately notify the carrier and also notify our Customer Service associate. All orders are shipped well packaged and fully insured for replacement cost (unless otherwise instructed by the customer). Should an order you receive arrive damaged, you must save the box and all packaging material for inspection by the carrier. If you do not save the box and packaging material, the carrier will not pay the insurance claim and you will have no additional recourse.

AN ITEM IS FACTORY DEFECTIVE
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Tactical Innovations is NOT a factory warranty station for any of the products we sell that we do not manufacture. In the event you require service on a product purchased from Tactical Innovations, you should contact the manufacturer for warranty service instructions. DO NOT ship your item back to Tactical Innovations as this will increase your repair / replacement time.

MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE
All orders are shipped fully insured for replacement cost (unless otherwise instructed by the customer). Orders shipped through UPS can be tracked on our Order Tracking page. Orders shipped via US Mail cannot be tracked. Should an order not arrive when anticipated and sufficient time has elapsed to presume that the package is lost, immediately notify the carrier and also notify Tactical Innovations. We will assist you in filing a loss claim with the carrier and will make arrangements to re-ship your order.
