• Must include a list of the items you want to purchase and the corresponding price. For fast accurate shipping, you can order online using our secure shopping cart. If you want to send a check or money order, use the shopping cart and select PRINT ORDER rather than credit card information and include the printed order with your mailed payment. Please do not send only a check based on a telephone conversation 2 weeks earlier.
• Must be accompanied by payment in full unless prior arrangements are made. No COD's.
• Must include your name, shipping information AND contact information. Your telephone number and / or email address is requested in case of questions.
• Are shipped via UPS or US mail at your direction. On line ordering through our secure shopping cart will provide you with shipping options and corresponding costs. Orders without shipping added will be held pending receipt of shipping charges or returned unfilled at our option.
• must include 5% sales tax for ID residents.

ADDITONAL SALE TERMS:

• NO international sales, for any items, no exceptions. However, we can direct you to a stocking export dealer that can facilitate export paperwork.
• All prices are subject to change and all items are subject to prior sale or withdraw from sale without notice.
• Certain items are not available for sale where prohibited and no orders will be shipped to those locations. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to determine the legality in your locality PRIOR to ordering.
• Most orders ship the same day as ordered depending on the time of day ordered. Please allow an additional 7 days for UPS or USPS to make their delivery before inquiring about the status of order. Orders placed on line through our secure shopping cart can be tracked on line at ORDER TRACKING.
• If the item(s) you ordered are not immediately available, and we anticipate making or receiving some in the near future, at our option we will (1) ship the bulk of your order and WE will pay the shipping on the backordered part(s) as soon as available, or (2) will will hold the entire order for a short period of time and ship it complete. Your packing list / receipt will always indicate which items are enclosed and which are backordered.
• Any damaged shipments must be reported to carrier immediately for proper claim handling. Refer to PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER? for specific instructions.
• All prices are quoted in $USD and checks must be drawn on a US Bank. Other currencies will not be accepted.
