This Recoil Pad / Stock Extension has already proven itself to be an instant hit with everyone that's shouldered a 10/22 with one installed.  The factory Ruger 10/22 stock is "one size fits all" for kids and adults.  If you're not a kid any more and want your 10/22 stock to fit your adult size, the additional 1" of length that this stock extension adds makes it pretty close to being a perfect adult fit.  Installation is easy with no modifications to  your gun.  Simply remove the two screws that hold the factory steel but plate on and replace it with this one using the same two screws in the same two holes.  Installation is easy and fast!  Throw this one up to your shoulder and you'll never take it off!

NOTE: There are a variety of different 10/22 factory stock configurations.  In order for this stock extension to fit, you must have the stock that has the additional cutout on the top of the stock.  If your stock has a buttpad that is only on the rear of the stock, this recoil pad / stock extension WILL NOT FIT.  Please refer to the photo in the IMAGES tag and ensure that your stock is the same as the one with the red circle.  If your stock is the same as the one with the red circle, then it will fit fine.  If your stock is like the one in the picture without the red circle, then it will not fit.  Please verify that you have the correct stock prior to ordering.
